Sourdough Loaves
900g sourdough loaves slow fermented for 36 hours using organic stoneground flour.
Great eaten fresh for 1-2 days and lovely toasted for up to a week.
Current flavours are
Table Loaf - 80% white, 20% whole wheat
Mulitgrain- 50% white, 50% whole wheat, filled with seeds (flax, sesame, poppy, sunflower, pumpkin, chia, hemp) Topped with rolled oats.
Seedy Spelt and Honey - 50% white, 50% spelt, 3% local honey (only available Tuesdays)
Fruit Sourdough - A mix of white, wholewheat and rye flours. Seasonal fruits, including sultanas, currents, cranberries, apricots, figs and dates. Fruits may change with the season.
Sourdough Baguettes - Demi baguettes made with 100% organic white flour. Available to purchase in store at The Peaks Provisions on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Not available for pre-order.
