Hot Cross Bagels
Like a hot cross bun….but in bagel form!
The texture is still chewy like a bagel, but lighter and fluffier than my regular bagels. Flavoured with cinnamon, clove and mixed spice, and filled with sultanas and currents.
Lightly glazed with apricot jam and maple syrup.
Absolutely delish. Sourdough of course! And Vegan! No milk, butter and eggs used, just flour, water, salt, fruit, maple syrup and glazed with apricot jam.
Comes in packs of 4 and 6. Not sold individually.
